Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities, enhancing daily life and wellbeing.

In this role, you will coordinate calendars, budgets, and collaborations with outside organizations while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. A valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents are required; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
• Ensuring activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Overseeing a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
• Coordinating transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicle when needed.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
