• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials.
• Proven high performer.
• Ability to work through complex issues and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and be accountable for your team and their performance.
• Oversee revenue for Wellness, Evaluations & Care Conferences and Service Plans.
• Coordinate Alzheimer's and Dementia Program.
• Lead to 1440 care standards.
• Communicate Vision across organization, community and staff.
• Build partnerships with community leaders and external partners.
