Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN or RN license in the state; CDP required within 90 days.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to manage revenue and financials effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for your team and performance.
• Manage revenue for Wellness, Evaluations, Care Conferences and Service Plans.
• Coordinate Alzheimer and Dementia programs.
• Lead to our 1440 care standards.
