Grace Management, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Wellness Director/Director of Nursing (LPN or RN) for a full-time, on-site role.

You will oversee the Wellness Department to ensure quality physical and psychosocial care that respects dignity, choice, and individuality, reporting to the Executive Director. The responsibilities include supervising wellness staff, coordinating with physicians and facilities, managing medications, maintaining charts and regulatory compliance, conducting staff

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse or certified to administer medications in the state where you work.
• Minimum of two years experience in senior housing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all wellness department operations to ensure quality care.
• Hire, supervise, schedule, and evaluate wellness staff; ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinate with physicians, hospital, and related services.
• Direct and supervise medication administration and charting.
• Maintain resident charts and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Lead training and new associate orientation.
• Coordinate move-ins and care/service plans.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety standards.
