Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Director for The Summit of Germantown in Memphis, TN. The role leads the Wellness Department to ensure residents receive dignified, person-centered physical and psychosocial care.

In this key leadership position, you will supervise staff, manage medication services, collaborate with hospital and community providers, and uphold safety and infection-control standards while maintaining resident charts and service plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN required.
• Minimum of two years in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department to ensure high-quality physical and psychosocial care with dignity and individuality.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate wellness staff; schedule coverage for 24/7 operations and provide on-call support when needed.
• Coordinate with hospital personnel, physicians, and community organizations to provide resident care.
• Manage medication administration and ensure proper orders and labeling; maintain resident charts and service plans.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure timely documentation; conduct care evaluations and coordinate interdisciplinary care meetings.
• Develop and monitor budgets; ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed; provide training to staff.
