Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse or certified to administer medications in the state where you work.
• Minimum of two years experience in senior housing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department to ensure high-quality physical and psychosocial care.
• Hire, supervise, motivate, and evaluate wellness staff; schedule and assign work to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinate with hospital personnel, physicians, and home health services as needed.
• Maintain resident charts, ensure compliance with state regulations, and monitor medication management.
• Direct and supervise the medication program, including administration and proper labeling.
