Job summary

StoryPoint Cedar Falls is seeking a Director of Nursing/Wellness Director who will oversee clinical resident care, optimize performance, and lead staff within our Cedar Falls community. A registered nurse licensed in Iowa is required, with CDP certification due within 90 days of hire.

Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care and leadership is preferred. Responsibilities include leading the wellness team, managing revenue for care conferences and service plans, coordinating dementia programs,

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Iowa (required).
• CDP certification required prior to or upon hire within 90 days.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in revenue and financial management preferred.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for the wellness team and performance.
• Oversee revenue for wellness, care conferences, and service plans at right price with staff.
• Coordinate Alzheimer’s and dementia programs.
• Lead our 1440 care standards and communicate vision across teams.
• Partner with community leaders and external partners on action items.
• Market wellness within the community by collaborating with ED and Sales.
