Our support office is located in Windsor, California, and we currently operate residential communities in Santa Rosa, Alameda, Moorpark, and Covina. Our communities support active adults through Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, delivering high-quality services in thoughtfully designed environments.

Salary: $120,000-$135,000/ year

This role is central to ensuring residents experience a lifestyle defined by dignity, independence, discretion, and exceptional personalized care. This role requires a valid LVN or RN license in the state of California.
Serving as both a clinical expert and trusted partner, the Health & Wellness Director collaborates closely with residents, families, physicians, hospital systems, and community partners to support the physical, emotional, and psychosocial well‑being of each resident. The position reflects Gallaher Signature Living’s commitment to a boutique, hospitality-driven environment where wellness services are delivered with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
The Health & Wellness Director monitors, evaluates, and supports resident care plans, ensuring compliance with Title 22, the Nurse Practice Act, and all applicable state and local regulations, while upholding the refined service standards and culture of Gallaher Signature Living.
