The AL Wellness Coordinator plays a vital leadership role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care within a high-end assisted living community designed for active older adults. Reporting to the Wellness Director, the Wellness Coordinator ensures the coordination, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of resident care services in full compliance with California Title 22 regulations while upholding the community’s elevated standards of hospitality, dignity, and quality of life.
The Wellness Coordinator serves as a primary clinical and operational liaison among residents, families, care staff, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring individualized care plans are executed seamlessly and reflect residents’ preferences, independence, and wellness goals.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Compensation: $38.00- $41.00 per hour
