Americare Senior Living in Missouri seeks a dedicated Health & Wellness Director (LPN) to lead the clinical team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide assessments, medication management, and staff development to promote resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license
• Proven nursing leadership experience in assisted living/memory care preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
• Ability to balance administrative duties with hands-on oversight

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and clinical supervision
• Develop and revise nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs, etc.)
• Coordinate orientation, training, and ongoing education with leadership
• Conduct regular resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Americare regulations
• Manage medication systems for safety and regulatory adherence
• Support quality assurance and maintain high community standards
• Foster a safe, home-like environment for residents and staff
