Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced nursing leadership professional to oversee clinical resident care services in a memory-care setting. The role emphasizes comprehensive leadership, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include directing the care team, coordinating admissions and evaluations, and maintaining compliance with state regulations while optimizing performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse or registered nurse license in the state preferred.
• CDP required prior to or within 90 days of hire.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.
• Proven high performer.
• Ability to work through complex issues and problem solve.
