Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to direct clinical resident care services in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting. You will drive performance, optimize staffing, and lead employee connections while ensuring high-quality care and compliance.

The role requires a clinical credential (LPN/RN) with state licensure, and preferred background in revenue management and memory care. CDP within 90 days is required, with strong leadership to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state (preferred).
• CDP required prior to or within 90 days of hire.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.
• Proven high performer with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall direction, administration, and coordination of clinical resident care services.
• Delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance, and leading employee connections.
• Revenue responsibility for Wellness, Evaluations & Care Conferences and Service Plans.
• Ensure right care at the right price with the right staff.
• Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months.
• Manage compliance with state regulations and auditing.
