Job summary

Park Place at Winghaven, part of Sonida Senior Living, in O'Fallon, Missouri, seeks a Wellness Director to lead resident care oversight and health services. You will ensure policy compliance, coordinate activities, and build relationships with healthcare providers within the community.

The role requires a licensed nurse with 3–5 years in‑home health or geriatric care, plus 2–4 years of supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree or higher; RN/LPN preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Establish working relationships with healthcare professionals in the community, including interactions with residents’ health care providers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
