Job summary

The Wellington at North Bend Crossing, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Wellness Director to lead clinical operations for our Cincinnati facility. You will oversee resident care, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with health care professionals to deliver compassionate geriatric services.

Qualified candidates are licensed RNs with 3–5 years in-home or geriatric care and 2–4 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with geriatric nursing experience in a similar position.
• Minimum 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric care.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to resident care.
• Directs activities in accordance with state and federal regulations and community policies.
• Collaborates with health care professionals to coordinate resident care and improve service delivery.

Wellness Director Responsibilities include:

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.


• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.


• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents' health care providers.


• Manages, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.


• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.


• A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.
