Job summary

Cascada Thermal Springs Spa and Hotel in Portland, OR is seeking a friendly Wellness Desk Team Member for part‑time night shifts. You will greet guests, manage check‑ins, answer calls, handle payments, and support spa and retail operations while upholding our sustainable, guest‑centered service standard.

You should have a high school diploma and prior customer service experience, with strong communication and cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in spa/hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members, ensuring a smooth introduction to wellness offerings.
• Schedule spa appointments, classes, and thermal springs visits using booking software.
• Process payments and handle cash, cards, and gift certificates per policies.
• Provide information on services, pricing, packages, promotions, and events.
• Assist guests in selecting services and coordinate with staff for smooth flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and retail areas.
• Upsell services and products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Stock inventory and prepare treatment rooms for each service day.
