Cascada Thermal Springs + Hotel, a boutique spa and hotel in Portland, seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. This role delivers personalized massage services, maintains pristine treatment spaces, and collaborates with staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Part-time position with open availability; candidates must hold Oregon licensure and have strong client care skills, professionalism, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (Oregon).
• 5+ years of experience in therapeutic massage preferred.
• Knowledge of Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other modalities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of massage techniques to address guest needs.
• Assess guest preferences and health conditions to tailor services.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of treatment rooms.
• Ensure professionalism and guest comfort throughout sessions.
• Provide wellness guidance and explain benefits of therapies.
• Coordinate with spa staff to manage guest schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments and preferences under privacy policies.
• Uphold spa policies, health, safety, and sustainability practices.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with techniques.
