Job summary

Cascada Spa and Hotel in Portland seeks a Spa Attendant (Male Facing) to maintain cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction across our spa, fitness, and hydrothermal facilities. Availability includes nights and weekends.

You will warmly welcome guests, assist therapists, stock towels and amenities, prepare refreshments, and collaborate with receptionists and staff to deliver a seamless, sustainable guest experience in our LEED Platinum complex.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in spa or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth spa experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in spa, fitness, and hydrothermal areas.
• Stock towels, linens, and amenities for guest comfort.
• Prepare and serve refreshments in relaxation areas.
• Assist therapists and staff with preparing treatment rooms and supplies.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on services.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sustainability policies.
• Collaborate with receptionists, therapists, and team members for a seamless guest experience.
