Job summary

Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a licensed nurse to serve as Wellness Coordinator, blending hands-on nursing with clinical leadership to support the Director of Nursing and promote safe, high-quality care across Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living.

You will oversee clinical care, coordinate with physicians and families, supervise Caregivers and Medication Technicians, and help with regulatory compliance and infection control.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN nursing license in the state of employment.
• CPR certified or able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of medication administration experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center.
• Follow physician orders and coordinate services with providers.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document observations.
• Ensure care plans are followed by Caregivers and Techs.
• Lead and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Update medical records, documentation and incident reports.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction efforts.
• Support infection control and hazard communication programs.
