Adolescent Wellness Academy in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a part-time Wellness Coordinator / Mental Health Technician to support adolescents ages 13–17 in our PHP and IOP programs. This on-site role focuses on behavioral health support, client supervision, crisis de-escalation, safety monitoring, and daily program operations.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, experience with adolescents in behavioral health, strong communication and documentation, and availability Monday–Friday, 3:00

Responsabilidades

• Assist clinicians with therapeutic schedules and group activities.
• Coordinate client check-in, dismissal, and family communication.
• Manage attendance, front desk tasks, and program logistics.
• Complete daily documentation, wellness checks, and incident reports.
• Report behavioral concerns and safety risks to clinical staff.

Preferred

• Mental health technician, behavioral health, or crisis intervention experience.
• Education in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
• Experience in PHP, IOP, or adolescent mental health settings.
