Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Primary Therapist to guide teens aged 13-17 through PHP/IOP treatment. On-site, Monday–Friday, 12–8 PM, with starting pay at $58,000 per year. Fluent English and Spanish or Portuguese are required to support diverse families.

You will conduct individual, family, and group therapy, complete assessments, and collaborate with psychiatry to ensure comprehensive care. Strong documentation and crisis support are essential.

Qualifications

• Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT eligibility.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
• 2+ years of adolescent mental health or PHP/IOP experience.
• On-site availability in Boca Raton, Monday–Friday, 12–8 PM.

Responsibilities

As a Primary Therapist in our growing Boca program, you'll guide adolescents ages 13-17 through PHP/IOP treatment, providing hands-on clinical care and helping strengthen our village.

What You'll Do
