Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy in Boca Raton, FL seeks a part-time Wellness Coordinator / Mental Health Technician to support adolescents ages 13–17 in our PHP and IOP programs. This on-site role offers afternoon/evening hours and daily contact with youth in a structured clinical setting.

About the Role

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is seeking a Bilingual Wellness Coordinator / Mental Health Technician to support adolescents ages 13–17 in our PHP and IOP mental health programs.

This hands-on role focuses on behavioral health support, client supervision, crisis de-escalation, safety monitoring, and daily program operations.
