This is a full time benefit eligible position in the Office of Human Resources working 35 hours per week. Under the supervision of the Director of Employee Benefits and Wellness, the Wellness Coordinator is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive employee wellness program aimed at improving the health, well-being, and quality of life for the university’s faculty and staff. This role serves as the primary liaison between Human Resources, external wellness vendors, and the campus community. The Coordinator will drive engagement through evidence-based programming that addresses physical, mental, financial, and social well-being, fostering a campus culture that supports healthy lifestyle choices and work-life balance.
