Purdue University is seeking an Assistant Director of Well-Being Engagement to develop, oversee, and administer educational, comprehensive, and progressive student wellness programs and initiatives. The Assistant Director of Well-Being Engagement will work collaboratively with Well-being Programs colleagues with limited supervision from the Senior Assistant Director for Well-Being Engagement to develop, oversee, and administer educational, comprehensive, and progressive student wellness programs and initiatives. Primary focus will be on physical, emotional, and social well-being. Core programs of oversight include wellness coaching and peer education. The position will be expected to advocate for, enable, and help mediate action to ensure a culture of well-being. The position will be responsible for fiscal planning and management, assessment, staff development, program outreach, and continuously implementing evidence-based improvements to best serve students and the community. Some evening and weekend work required.
