Join the University Honors Program and help create an exceptional experience for more than 1,300 undergraduate students! As the Administrative and Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly by providing administrative, operational, financial, and project support.
The Administrative and Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, financial, and project support to the University Honors Program which supports 1300 undergraduate students. This position serves as a central resource for office operations, budget and purchasing processes, HR and personnel transactions, event and program logistics, communications, and strategic initiatives. The coordinator works closely with six full-time and part-time Honors staff as well as university faculty, staff, students, alumni, prospective students, and external partners to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The coordinator fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment while supporting the mission and goals of the units served.
