Meridian Senior Living in Parker, Colorado is seeking a Wellness Coordinator – LPN to support Resident Services under the Wellness Director, coordinating personal care, medication services, and staff training. The role requires an LPN in good standing with 3+ years in assisted living or nursing home, strong organizational skills, and ability to supervise staff and document care.

Qualifications

• Must be an LPN in good standing and meet all State health requirements.
• Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home.
• Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing.
• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs of the resident and community.
• Must have strong documentation skills.
• Must have experience in training and staff development.
• Must have the ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care.
