Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Wellness Coordinator – LPN to work under the Wellness Director, coordinating resident services and supervising staff in our assisted living setting. You will ensure medication delivery, personal care, and daily operations run smoothly, while maintaining high care standards.

Qualified candidates must be a licensed LPN in good standing with 3+ years in assisted living or a nursing home, and have strong organizational, documentation, and staff-training skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to re-prioritize daily tasks.
• Excellent documentation skills for resident records and care plans.
• Experience in staff training and development within a healthcare setting.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in assisted living or nursing home environments.
