Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking an Experienced Wellness Coordinator – LPN to support Resident Services under the Wellness Director. You will supervise personal care, medication services, and staff training on a day-to-day basis to ensure high-quality care for residents.

The ideal candidate is an LPN in good standing with 3+ years in Assisted Living or a nursing home, strong organizational skills, and proven documentation and supervisory abilities. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Must be a LPN in good standing.
• Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home.
• Knowledgeable of state regulations relating to licensed senior housing.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and task-prioritization skills.
• Excellent documentation and staff development abilities.

Details about the Wellness Coordinator – LPN position we are hiring for:

The Wellness Coordinator – LPN works closely under the direction of the Wellness Director to assure Resident Services including coordination and supervision of personal care, medication services, staff training, and supervision are completed on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

• Must be a LPN in good standing and meet all State health requirements.
• Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home.
• Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing.
• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs of the resident and community.
• Must have strong documentation skills.
• Must have experience in training and staff development.
• Must have the ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
