Restore Hyper Wellness in Media, PA is seeking a team-oriented Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, explain services, and help manage bookings. You will educate customers on medical benefits and at-home care while contributing to a friendly, wellness-focused store culture.

The role emphasizes reliability, excellent communication, and collaboration with team members to ensure a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated passion for health and wellness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• You hold or are pursuing a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handle phone inquiries, voicemails, and booking/rescheduling/cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and upsell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
