Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a dedicated Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients and support them through our wellness services. You will assist with phone inquiries, scheduling, onboarding, and tours while promoting our service packages and memberships.

You will educate clients on medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care, ensuring a safe, engaging store environment. Bring 1+ year of retail customer service, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for health and wellness and helping others.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handling phone inquiries, voicemails, and scheduling/rescheduling/cancellations.
• Onboarding new clients and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships.
• Educating clients on Restore services, benefits, and at-home care.
• Performing opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
• Representing the brand and embodying Restore’s values in daily work.
