Qualifications

• Must be dependable and have a winning attitude.
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and keep patient accounts current.
• Strong phone and computer skills with at least one year of sales experience.
• Participate in marketing/sales activities to attract new patients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Share chiropractic experiences and relate to patients.
• Communicate effectively with members and patients.
• Maintain clinic workflow in an organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greets members and patients and checks them in to see the chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Support team goals and foster positive relationships.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies.
• Show willingness to learn and grow; accept constructive feedback.
• Experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
