Education and required experience:
We will work onsite, Monday through Friday. This hourly role pays $25 to $29 per hour, depending on your experience. Reporting to the Program Director, you’ll collaborate closely with clinical staff to assess client needs and ensure client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be client retention, prioritizing efforts to provide each client with a positive treatment experience. You’ll address client concerns by escalating issues to the Clinical or Administrative teams, as needed. By facilitating communication and leveraging available resources, you’ll help management meet clients’ mental and physical health needs, ensuring their ongoing well‑being. Additionally, you’ll provide essential case management to support clients during treatment, ensuring their needs are met and that discharge planning is in place for a smooth transition to aftercare services.
