Job summary

The Meadowglade, part of Centered Health, seeks a Guest Service Specialist to provide excellent customer service to adults in a residential care setting. You will support residents through housekeeping activities, meal-related duties, and transportation in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality or a related position.
• A genuine interest in working with the populations we serve.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to drive an 11-passenger van for outings and appointments.
• Dependability; attend shifts and perform quality work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal, written and active listening communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects (25 lbs.), climb stairs, and stand or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to adults living on the property.
• Follow supervisor guidance and report as required.
• Perform a variety of tasks including housekeeping and driving the van for shopping trips, transport, and emergencies.
• Support activities and ensure clients have what they need while maintaining professional boundaries.
