Job summary

YMCA Louisville seeks a Healthy Living Director to lead branch wellness initiatives, supervise a team of coaches and trainers, and engage members in health goals through innovative programs and services.

Under the Executive Director, you will manage a $120,000 annual budget, contribute to the Annual Giving Campaign, and build partnerships with staff, volunteers, donors, and the community to strengthen healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/wellness or commensurate work experience preferred.
• Experience managing staff and volunteers with certification records.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lead member connection and education efforts.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to set standards for exceptional member service and engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Innovative program development focused on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Healthy Living staff and coaches.
• Manage a $120,000 annual budget and 3,000 members served.
