Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Louisville seeks a Healthy Living Director to lead the branch's wellness strategy, supervise the Healthy Living team, and drive member engagement. The position involves coordinating Chronic Disease Prevention programs, managing resources, and guiding staff to deliver exceptional wellness experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team supervision skills in health/wellness programs.
• Strong budgeting and fiscal oversight experience.
• Experience building community partnerships and donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Healthy Living Department and supervise coaches, trainers, and instructors.
• Develop and oversee high-quality wellness programs and member engagement initiatives.
• Manage the wellness operating budget and ensure targets are met.
• Lead member engagement efforts and contribute to Annual Giving Campaign.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and community partners to advance health goals.
