The YMCA of Greater Birmingham is seeking a Member Engagement and Wellness Director to lead a team that delivers welcoming, health-focused experiences for all ages. You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, create programs that help families and seniors live healthier lives, and manage the budget to enable it.

This role leads through others, uses metrics to guide decisions, and upholds safety and child protection as non-negotiable.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous supervisory experience in customer service preferred.
Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across departments and with donors and volunteers.
