Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for friendly and dependable individuals to join as part-time Wellness Coaches. In this role, you will assist members in achieving their wellness goals, provide equipment orientations, and maintain cleanliness on the wellness floor.

Successful candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are required, but we can provide certification if needed. Ideal candidates will have a background in wellness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least two weekend shifts per month.
• Flexibility for rotating coverage and some holidays.

Job description

The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking friendly, dependable individuals with a passion for wellness to join our team as part-time Wellness Coaches.

Current staffing need:

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM–9:00 AM opening shift (a few days per week)

Requirements:

• Ability to work at least two weekend shifts per month
• Flexibility for rotating coverage
• Availability to work some holidays

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
