The YMCA of Greater Richmond Northside Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Wellness Coach to engage members on the wellness floor and support fitness activities. You will build relationships, conduct fitness evaluations, orient members to equipment, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space.
Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or GED, and current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. We will certify you if needed; wellness background is preferred.

The Northside Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for individuals who can work Monday & Wednesday opening shifts (5:15-9:00am) and morning shifts (9:00-1:00pm) as well as the afternoon shifts (1:00-5:00pm) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
