Job summary

The Chickahominy Family YMCA is seeking part-time Wellness Coaches to work with members on the wellness floor. Ideal schedule is Fridays 12:00–4:00pm, with a pay rate of $15–$16 per hour.

Responsibilities include building relationships, providing equipment orientations, conducting fitness evaluations, cleaning equipment, and assisting members on the wellness floor. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (we will certify you if not currently certified)

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members on the wellness floor.
• Provide equipment orientations to members.
• Conduct fitness evaluations.
• Clean equipment and keep the wellness area tidy.
• Assist members on the wellness floor and support class instructors as needed
