WorkCare, Inc. is seeking an on-site contractor to perform fitness screenings in Willits, CA with adherence to ACSM guidelines and provide education on health and wellness. The role includes potential travel to Fort Bragg, CA, and responsibilities cover data entry for reports and future coaching sessions.

The contractor will manage their own schedule, tax obligations, and expenses, reflecting an independent engagement. Excellent communication and health education skills are essential for success

Qualifications

• Conduct fitness screenings following ACSM guidelines.
• Provide guidance on mobility, exercise, injury prevention, nutrition, stress management.
• Provide virtual follow-up coaching for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and general health education.
• Data entry to create screening reports and corrective exercise programs.

Job Summary

Contract Terms: This is an independent contractor engagement. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing their own work methods, schedule, taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Contract Anticipated Schedule

• October 12 - 14: Willits, CA
• October 15 - 16: Fort Bragg, CA

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct various on-site fitness screenings including FMS (functional movement assessment), blood pressure, body fat measurements (BIA), and various other screenings following ACSM guidelines.
• Provide participants with guidance regarding mobility, exercise, injury prevention & rehabilitation, nutrition & weight management, stress management, blood pressure, and general health education.
• Provide virtual follow up coaching relating to blood pressure, cholesterol management, diabetes management and general health education.
• Data entry to create FMS screening reports/corrective exercise programs.
