Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. seeks an independent contractor to perform on-site fitness screenings in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles, CA, following ACSM guidelines.

The selected contractor will manage their own schedule, taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Responsibilities include conducting FMS, blood pressure and body fat screenings, delivering guidance on mobility, exercise and nutrition, providing virtual follow-up coaching, and entering data to generate screening reports and corrective exercise

• Conduct on-site fitness screenings including FMS, blood pressure, body fat via BIA, and other screenings per ACSM guidelines.
• Provide participants with guidance on mobility, exercise, injury prevention, nutrition, weight and stress management, and blood pressure.
• Provide virtual follow-up coaching on blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and general health education.
• Data entry to create FMS screening reports and corrective exercise programs.

• November 2 - 4: San Luis Obispo, CA
• November 5 - 6: Paso Robles, CA
• January 13 - 14: Paso Robles, CA

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct various on-site fitness screenings including FMS (functional movement assessment), blood pressure, body fat measurements (BIA), and various other screenings following ACSM guidelines.
• Provide participants with guidance regarding mobility, exercise, injury prevention & rehabilitation, nutrition & weight management, stress management, blood pressure, and general health education.
• Provide virtual follow up coaching relating to blood pressure, cholesterol management, diabetes management and general health education.
• Data entry to create FMS screening reports/corrective exercise programs.
