Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. seeks an on-site contractor to conduct fitness screenings (FMS, BP, body composition) across CA locations, following ACSM guidelines and providing mobility, injury prevention, nutrition and health education.

You will deliver virtual follow-up coaching on hypertension, cholesterol, diabetes and general health topics, and enter data to produce screening reports and corrective exercise plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various on-site fitness screenings including FMS (functional movement assessment), blood pressure, body fat measurements (BIA), and various other screenings following ACSM guidelines.
• Provide participants with guidance regarding mobility, exercise, injury prevention & rehabilitation, nutrition & weight management, stress management, blood pressure, and general health education.
• Provide virtual follow up coaching relating to blood pressure, cholesterol management, diabetes management and general health education.
• Data entry to create FMS screening reports/corrective exercise programs.

Contract Terms:

This is an independent contractor engagement. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing their own work methods, schedule, taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

• November 10: Crescent City, CA
• November 11 - 12: Fortuna, CA
• November 13: Garberville, CA
