Job summary

The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as part-time Wellness Coaches. The position offers a pay range of $15-$17 per hour and requires weekend availability and morning shifts (5:00 AM–9:00 AM on some days).

Wellness coaches build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor. Qualifications include being at least 18, with a HS diploma or GED and CPR/AED/First Aid

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are required (the YMCA will certify you if needed).
• Background in wellness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and provide equipment orientations.
• Clean equipment and assist members on the wellness floor.
• Support wellness goals and create a welcoming fitness environment.
