Massage Envy in Lawrenceville, GA is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will greet guests, educate them on services and products, and help schedule appointments, while upselling memberships and homecare items.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and retail/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care services and products, and assist with sales and bookings.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
