Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Stamford is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who will greet patients, manage check-in/out, and keep the clinic welcoming and organized. You will explain our subscription models and wellness packages, drive the clinic flow for efficient doctor visits, handle phone inquiries, maintain patient records, and process payments with accuracy.

This part-time role runs Mon-Wed 10 AM–7 PM (approx. 25 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Clear communication and professional demeanor with patients.
• Ability to explain subscription models and wellness packages.
• Strong multitasking while handling calls, patients, and admin tasks.
• Punctual and dependable team member with attention to detail.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic office software.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
