Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in San Jose, CA is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to warmly welcome patients and manage busy front-desk operations in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

In this full-time role you will greet patients, schedule appointments, present wellness plans, and support clinic growth while upholding exceptional service standards. Weekend availability is required and you will be part of a franchisee-run clinic within The Joint network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong phone, computer and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and goal-driven.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
