IV Nutrition seeks a Clinic Director (RN) for its Addison, Texas clinic to lead operations, clinical oversight, team development, and client experience. Qualifications

  • Active RN license required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
  • 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Experience with sales, retention programs, or membership-based businesses preferred.

  • Set culture, professionalism, and brand standards.
  • Review KPIs and turn insights into action plans.
  • Drive sales through memberships, packages, retail, and wellness services.

About the Role

Our Addison clinic is opening soon, and we’re hiring a Clinic Director (RN) to lead operations, clinical oversight, team development, and client experience. This role blends leadership, business ownership, and hands‑on clinical excellence. You’ll set the tone, build the team, and ensure every client receives exceptional care.

Leadership & Ownership
