Job summary

WellnessIQ is seeking a Wellness Strategy Manager to manage new and existing client relations, drive engagement, and ensure successful program implementations. The role emphasizes coordinating services, building strong client partnerships, and delivering measurable health outcomes.

The candidate should have strong communication, project management, and account leadership skills, with experience in health/wellness settings and insurance brokerage preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• BA or BS College Degree preferred.
• Insurance brokerage experience specifically in employee benefits preferred.
• Health and Wellness or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Account Management or Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing client relations and drive engagement within the program.
• Lead implementation kickoff calls and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
• Develop and oversee the account service strategy with regular client meetings and reports.
• Organize client site visits, screenings and health fairs as necessary.
• Escalate and resolve client service issues with partners and internal teams.
