Job summary

FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Wellness Manager to lead the wellness experience and elevate guest service across fitness, spa, and club programs.

You will establish best practices in service delivery, oversee training standards, coordinate classes and contractors, and collaborate with other departments to sustain a vibrant wellness culture. This role acts as a culture carrier and liaison to the Director of Fitness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a gym, spa, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

• Lead daily wellness operations and ensure service excellence across fitness, spa, and club experiences.

Overview

The Wellness Manager is responsible for the daily leadership, operational excellence, andstrategic development of the wellness experience at FORTH. This role ensures best practices inservice delivery, consistent training standards, seamless class and contractor management, andstrong collaboration across departments. The Wellness Manager serves as an operational leader,educator, and culture carrier within the wellness department. The Wellness Manager serves as a bridge to the ambassadors from the Director of Fitness.
