Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager for FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta. This role oversees the front desk and guest service, supporting the Front Office Manager and leading desk staff. Evening shift coverage ensures a Manager On-Duty presence and smooth operations at all times.

You will help enforce policies, train staff, and maintain high service standards across all guest interactions in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to lead each discipline independently.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Strong communication with the public and other team members; computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest service.
• Assist Front Office Manager and supervise front desk staff.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team! In this role, you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests. You will also help manage the staff and ensure that all procedures and policies are followed. This position will work primarily the evening shift to ensure there is a Manager On-Duty in the evening. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be a key player in the success at our beautiful property!

Qualifications

• Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
• Prior cash handling experience necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members Computer experience required
