Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta to lead rooms teams and maintain luxury standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping, inspecting rooms, training staff, and ensuring timely cleaning, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety. Fluency in English required; Spanish helpful; Forbes luxury experience preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• 2 years luxury Forbes-level housekeeping management experience.
• Fluent English: read, write, speak.
• Spanish language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with housekeeping on rooms to be cleaned and special requests.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety; report unsafe conditions.
• Report room status to Front Desk and follow up on guest requests/complaints.
• Assist in training, coaching, and development of team members; train VIP room prep.
• Attend mandatory meetings and participate in scheduling.
• Ensure timely cleaning and high standards of service.

Overview

Responsibilities include communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests, inspecting guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness, reporting all unsafe conditions. Report room status' to Front Desk, follow up on guest complaints/requests regarding services, inspect guestrooms for maintenance or repairs. Assist in training, coaching and development of team members, prepare and inspect VIP rooms, and attend all mandatory meetings.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• 2 years prior luxury/Forbes housekeeping management experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
• Experience in scheduling needs.
• Experience in efficient and timely cleaning of rooms.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
